NFL Media's Daniel Jeremiah reports that "the feeling around the league" is that the Denver Broncos and Miami Dolphins won't take a quarterback early.
Jeremiah also reported that some are convinced that the New York Giants select an edge rusher at No. 6 overall, so playing quarterback matchmaker is a lot tougher than usual this year. The first piece of the puzzle is finding Josh Rosen a new home (assuming Kyler Murray is Arizona's 1st overall pick), and most assume Washington is the favorite. If Washington, Denver, and Miami are all out of the 2019 quarterback market, then the Giants should feel more comfortable passing on Daniel Jones at 6 with higher odds of him being available at 17th overall. All of Jeremiah's reports suggest that the quarterbacks may fall some on draft day.
