I don't blame him for wanting more money or thinking he deserves more money. That's what contract negotiations are for. I don't like airing it out in public. People already assume that if you don't have that long-term contract and you're a good player, that there was a compensation issue. No need to say it publicly. I feel that if someone traded for him, he could have the same problem. But he might be worth the problem of course.
Another thing about Jimmy Graham that makes him look stupid is wanting to be designated a franchise wide receiver. That's almost like when Julian Peterson claimed he should've been designated a corner. He's only making himself look like a malcontent idiot.
Charley Casserly claims Brian Orakpo wants to be designated a defensive end rather than a linebacker. That's equally as stupid. Orakpo played linebacker even when the Redskins were using a 4-3 defense. These players feel so entitled & self-important they will literally say anything to try to improve their own positions no matter how stupid it is.
