Let's see...we lose a game at home where we score 48 points at home, we give up 80 yards in less than a minute to a team with no timeouts that still had 12 seconds to spare. We became the first team in the league's 93 years to give up 4 400 yard passing games and we are only half of the way done with the year. We have a receiver get 300 yards against us. WTF.....WERE JERRAH OR GARRETT THINKING HIRING A GUY WHOSE SCHEME WAS AN ABJECT FAILURE IN THE PAC 12 WHERE HIS TEAM HAD BETTER ATHLETES THAN MOST OTHER TEAMS AND BRINGING HIM TO THE NFL WHERE WE HAVE VECOME A PASSING LEAGUE. with, Bree's, Rogers, Eli, and RG3 still on the schedule, it could get worse before it gets better!:omg::gaah::L:L

It is getting pretty sad. 620 plus yards in an NFL game. Ridiculous.

I can't put this game on the defense. The offense did absolutely nothing outside of the td's to Dez and T Will. I can't think of one drive that the offense put together that kept Detroit's offense on the sideline. Way too many three and outs that gave Detroit more possessions.

The offense was bad as well. The offense will be this way until they get some sort of running game. I think Romo used a play action fake 1 time today. With that being said 620 yards is still 620 yards. I am one that has loved what Marinelli and Kiffen have brought to the table , especially Marinelli considering he has had a lot of injuries to deal with, but our back 7 is suppose to be pretty good.. This 400 yard passing thing is getting bad.

FWIW, the rumor I heard in the off season was that Garrett wanted the guy that was in AZ and ultimately wound up in CLE. Another rumors was that Lacewell sold Jerry on Monte. I don't know if either can be confirmed, but it's all far from being unbelievable.

Oh Dear Lord, are you insane? Yes, the Offense wasn't anything special. Romo was bad again IMO. He was pretty inaccurate most of the day and looked like he was playing scared most of the day and a few short passes that turned into big ones made him look a little better than he actually played. The OL didn't have a good game. The RBs were bad. The WRs actually seemed to have trouble getting open. BUT,,,to not put this on the defense is just an incredible comment. Say that everyone deserves blame, but you can't possible let the defesne off the hook with a straight face, can you?

I read this is just the 2nd time in NFL history that a team has been +4 on turnovers and still lost the game. That is just depressing.

I thought it was the second time in 3 years or something like that.

Now I did read the in 93 years of pro football, no team has allowed four 400-yard passing performances in a single season. There's 8 games to go, and Drew Brees is already drooling.

read it wrong. In the history of the NFL, teams have a .942 winning percentage with a +4. The Cowboys have lost twice in this scenario.

It was obvious Billick hasnt done many of our games. He already had us down at 5-3.

Throw the Giants game on the shit list. They were dangerously close to blowing that one as well.

I never like the Monte Hire. Would rather have Lovie at HC/DC or even just as DC.

I liked the Monte hire the second I heard Marinelli was coming too. Execution has been our biggest problem. If the players screw up, what the heck can a coach do? Same thing on hte Offense. If your QB can't hit Dez when he is wide open on a slant, was that the WRs fault?

By the way, don't read that as me not blaming the coaches also. Singling Calvin as much as they did is completely moronic. I'm just not letting the guys that were actually out there getting their asses handed to them off the hook either...

It was a complete failure every which way. I just don't like having an old out dated 73 yr old coach running this defense.
