Raving lunatic
maybe a thread to keep track of the latest mock drafts and debate about who we could draft instead or won't be able to grab and so on.
Draft #1
walterfootball:
2015 NFL Mock Draft - WalterFootball.com
Bengals picks:
r1: Cincinnati Bengals: Eli Harold, DE/OLB, Virginia
The Bengals' pass rush was inconsistent this past year, as the team has missed Michael Johnson's presence. Perhaps they'll spend their first-round pick on a defensive end.
r2: Cincinnati Bengals: Carl Davis, DT, Iowa
Domata Peko has not played well this year, so the Bengals may want to consider finding some help for the interior of their defensive line.
r3: Cincinnati Bengals: Sean Hickey, OT/G, Syracuse
The Bengals will be interested in a left tackle prospect in the first couple of rounds. Andrew Whitworth, a 33-year-old entering his contract season, can be moved inside to guard to fill a need there.
....
downside: Marvin Lewis has insisted in years past that the Bengals will no longer draft based on need, but based on best player available. yea, right, ok sure Marv.
not sure about another hybrid de/olb
updside: filling positions of low depth,
