MLB Two Team Trade Challenge

[Nosferatu]

Rules are simple. You take two teams one that you will try to improve through trades to win now and one that you will look to trade veteran players trying to build your team for the future.

Once trading has concluded we will all vote on who did the best job on building for the future and who did best to win now.

Winners will each receive $10,000 Hoop Cash

The team you try to improve to win now would involve you trading prospects to other teams to improve the current team. The team you build for the future would mean you trade players on the MLB roster to other teams for prospects and no trading between your own teams.

If we get enough teams we could do it either way I would allow everyone to say which they would prefer.

I think we could do a sweet mock like this, everyone gets to pick one real team from 1900 season that didn't make the MLB playoffs, then draft one player from each of the following decades 1910-2010's, 11 players added 11 cut and 13 from original team you chose. Whoever gets the first player pick in the draft gets the last pick for team choice

No not really, we would just post their recent minor league stats and if they are ranked by Baseball America as a top prospect.
