So I’m thinking of buying the mlb extra innings package from spectrum. But my question is will I be able to watch it on my phone with the spectrum mobile app? Like at work or somewhere other then my home will I be able to watch it on my phone. I get the attached photo that say you need to be connected to home wi fi. And if I hit watch on tv it doesn’t load. So does anyone know if I buy the package I won’t run into this bs

I believe MLB.TV is included with the Extra Innings subscription so you should have no issues watching wherever you are.

Is anyone else out there getting hosed by MLB TV's asinine blackout restrictions? I live 30 miles from the Idaho border in No. Utah and the Colorado Rockies (550 miles) and Arizona Diamondbacks (735 miles) are both blacked out for me (both home AND road games). I wouldn't ever drive that far for 2 teams I don't care about so they're not gaining anything but it would be nice to see the teams they are playing sometimes. And now they're starting to blackout games being streamed that night on Apple+ or wherever. The A's are moving to Vegas (492 miles) so I'll probably lose them too. Anaheim (753), SF (746) & Oakland (740) are just outside my viewing area apparently. If you stretched a compass between my house and Phoenix and made the circle it would take up about a third of the continental United States. NOT getting my $150 worth for Extra Innings.

Entire state of Iowa is like this. It's just crazy the lengths MLB and its teams go to just to make a regular fan watch.
