You can only get your 3rd player from a decade after the original 20 have been drafted. An exception was made for you and smitty, but no one else can do it until Round 21.

Correct but you can't draft 4 from same decade correct? Its not in the rules but was a unwritten rule. I just don't want anarchy in RD 21.

Yes, it is to my understanding that there is a max of 3 per decade.

Also... You must only have 2 extra INF and 2 extra OF in that first 20 picks.
