Personally, I prefer it when players show frustration. Nothing worse than when your team is going through a slump and it's hard to tell if the players even care.

They need to get Frank Rizzo as GM.
He'd slam the pitcher's head on the mound and yell, "YOU WIN THIS EFFING GAME!!!"

Yep. If anything give him a sit down and talking to just to make sure he's not letting his emotions get in the way of pitching. Maybe something came up in a meeting that we don't know about but this sounds like a desperate GM making a rash move.
