Rich Rodriguez was very successful in converting to the spread offense at Michigan.
Rich Rod even had actual experience as a coordinator. This has the potential to be an epic fail. CFB version of NASCAR with everyone sitting in the stands just waiting for the crash.

It seems we hear this year in and year out with Harbaugh and Michigan. But yet no B1G nor CFP championships.

The way Michigan pays him, he should have been delivering day one but so far has not.

Michigan is not getting back what they pay Harbaugh on the money spent.

He is doing this so he can get an excuse to "need more time to finish installing his "offense"" lol

Last year Michigan was supposed to walk all over us but we smacked them down 62 to 39. Until they actually beat THE, B1G and CFP championships, it is nothing but coulda, woulda, shoulda.

Will it be Revenge Tour 2.0 this year?

Maybe they're adjusting the play calling to suit the players they're deploying on offense? The lack of tempo was a huge frustration especially when Michigan was down by several scores, particularly in the OSU/UF games. I'm not expecting Michigan to finish near the top in pace stats, but they had the 6th lowest plays per minute rate in 2018. I think even improving to around 80th would be a huge improvement in that regard. Also hoping this means throwing more, Michigan threw only 40.33% of the time. I'm not expecting Michigan to ever throw more than run under Harbaugh, but I'd be ecstatic if that ratio is at least 55/45. Michigan was 9th in passing S&P+ last year and they return that group of receivers though DPJ is still hurt.

We have actually never heard this under Harbaugh. When have you heard Harbaugh say he's giving full control of the offense over to someone, and that someone is going to run a form of the spread? Hell, when (at any team) has harbaugh ever given the offense over to someone else?

They’re losing money with all his fancy Europe trips and crap.

They haven’t even played in the B1G CCG. They are the Texas A&M of the B1G.

Um, no. A donor is paying for those trips. The only person losing money is that guy; willingly.

I'd argue the opposite. Did you pay attention to what Michigan was prior to Harbaugh? We were consistently struggling to make bowl games and beat Toledo.

Glad to see your school figured out a loop hole for impermissible benefits. Alabama is going to have donors start giving players cars, I hear.

Going to start?.....

It's not impermissible if it's allowed.

Smells like an NCAA infraction then to me.
It isn't, and the NCAA has already ruled on this. Like any other student who takes a school sponsored trip like this, it's considered a study abroad program.

Why did it take him 4+ years to figure this out by your logic?

You pay him so much he should have figured it out day one.
