We may be 3-6 but the staff keeps recruiting... and that's a good thing. This weekend is, without a doubt, the biggest recruiting weekend of the season. Our coaches are selling opportunity at turning a program around, we'll see if kids buy it.

2016 Recruits
Lamar Jackson (4-Star S - [Elk Grove, CA]) - Jackson has been getting a lot of run from Nebraska's staff, considering our safety issues this season. He's already visited Notre Dame, Arizona, Oklahoma and Michigan which means we're his last OV of the season. Michigan seems to be the front runner currently.

Tre Bryant (4-Star RB - [St. Louis, MO] - He officially de-committed from KSU tonight and is looking forward to his visit. Nebraska looks like it's likely moving on from current RB commit Aphonso Thomas who is leaning towards SMU and Bryant is at the top of the list. He visited Minnesota last week and will visit Nebraska this week. It's between the Gophers and Huskers.

Desmond Fitzpatrick (4-Star WR - [Waterford, MI]) - The current Louisville commit has been looking around and has developed a great connection with coach Williams. Michigan is hot on the trail as well.

David Reese (3-Star LB - [Farmington, MI]) - Reese is a current Michigan commit, though they have him slated as FB and he wants to play LB at the next level. He's also an early enrollee.

Kingston Davis (3-Star FB - [Prattville, AL]) - The second of two Michigan commits visiting this weekend. Davis is a bruising RB and is likely a take even if Tre Bryant wants in.

Markell Simmons (3-Star JUCO CB - [Tuscon, AZ]) - The first JUCO player to be looked at in the fall is no surprise... in the secondary. Simmons has burst onto the season this season and Nebraska seems to be the front runner but look for other big schools to jump in soon as well.

Jojo Domann (3-Star LB - [Colorado Springs, CO]) - Domann is a do everything player for the same team that produced Eric Lee last season. (current Nebraska commit)

Boe Wilson (3-Star C - [Lee Summit, MO]) - Wilson is a long time commit that's had a difficult senior year with an injury.

DiCaprio Bootle (2-Star CB - [Miami, FL]) - Bootle was found at Nebraska's satellite camp back in the summer and after running a 4.34 electronically timed 40 he immediately garnered an offer. He committed shortly after.

2017 Recruits

Cordarrius Bailey (NR DE - [Lincoln, NE]) - Bailey is a very intriguing prospect from in state, maybe one of the most athletic players in the state and at 6'4" he definitely has the frame to be a DE at the next level.

2018 Recruits

Cameron Jurgens (4-Star ATG - [Beatrice, NE] -
probably the best player in the stay right now and he's only a sophomore. Current Husker commit.

We will see how important winning is to the recruits.

Remember to vote for Boe Wilson. I put that link in the commit thread.

It's a pretty big deal for recruits that were and weren't at the game, just need to keep the momentum into Dec, just to make a bowl would be monumental as well in regards
