The right move. The logical move. Keeps the team mostly intact and keeps the culture they've built the last 3 years in place. Beating Penn State and Ohio State as an intern sure didn't hurt his chances.
I don't see many transfers with this move. Those kids genuinely love Moore and would run thru a brick wall for him as much as they would have for Jim.
