Evidently the Police have released the 911 tapes which are now showing that the three players were in a hotel room and evidently called hotel security to have the drunk naked chick removed from their room. No the police said they have no evidence Kap was ever there. And that they reviewed survailance video at the hotel and never spotted him. So Ricardo says he wasn't there, the security guard at the hotel said Kap wasn't there, and he isn't on the tapes, yet all you Seahawk fans are holding out hope that some how some way this "Jesus" girl was with Kap

It is against league rules to smoke pot though, so it wouldn't be unreasonable for them to drug test them. The NFLPA would raise hell about it anyway though. If K wasn't there then he's got nothing to hide so it would be sensible to agree to a drugs test if someone asked him to have one.

Regardless of the fact, Kap has probably dodged a bullet and hopefully learned a valuable lesson. He seems like a really nice kid and it would be a shame to see his career destroyed by something like this.

It's the first you have heard bc you chose to follow the TMZ version of the story instead of letting the facts come out. Stories are far more sensational when you can attach it to a name player.

Haha this is what I was thinking. Anytime TMZ is the main source of information a person should take a step back for a second and say "This came from TMZ so probably 90% of it is completely made up." Just because you hope he was there and somehow this comes back to reflect poorly on him doesn't make it true.

I'm fairly sure there are rules on targeting players with testing, and it's not just an at-will testing situation.

the only factual statement anybody can make is that Kaepernick wasn't there when the police arrived. nobody knows whether he was prior to their arrival, and if the police don't care to investigate it, then it doesn't matter, which is fine. but don't just make stuff up to suit your myopic views of your own team.

So the story stating that Kaep has absolutely NOTHING to do with Kaep other than some naked drunk chick asking for him?? That completely contradicts the earlier reports, not to say that that isn't possible though. From listening to the tape recordings it sounds as though Kaep left before Lockette called the cops, which is actually an extremely smart thing for him to do
