As usual, the first month of the season has very few games given when the season starts, so will use this thread for the first two months of the season. Will make the others towards end of November.

Talk it up, boys and girls.

I know its probably not possible but if they could do it without Bam and just Richardson straight up -- go for it

not saying I don't believe in him or anything negative - but just as I would say about any player during pre-season - I will make very little of Hassan's performances so far.

Need to see him perform and his attitude and how he handles the adversity of the regular season. Lots of good signs from Hassan currently. But we just see him do it when it matters and with some consistency. No more excuses.

Looks as though the Butler to Miami trade has fallen apart yet again with the Timberwolves apparently asking for more than the Heat are willing to give.

And on a 4th and 5th the Fins special teams commits a running into the kicker to gift the Bengals a first down. Its always just a matter of time until our defense shows its true colors.

AG throws an early challenge flag as to whether Allen tipped that punt -- could be a costly early challenge

Briante Weber once again let go by the Heat . If he isn’t brought back before final roster is announced , best of luck to him . I hope he finally decides to move on from ever trying to play for the heat . The heat simply have never valued him enough .

Hope he catches on elsewhere soon and will provide for that team what he can .

Makes it more interesting to see what the final 15 will look like .

I just don't think he's good. He's been with other teams as well.

IMO, not every player in the league has to be "good" to make a roster. I know the guy has bounced around but I think he can find his niche as a speciality player of sorts in some way or another on the team/a team -- He can be a quality "journeymen".

Anyway, best of luck to him. Hopefully this will cause him to close the door on ever playing for this organization and he can show his worth elsewhere.

To use part of your words, actually, what the Heat need to do is stop bringing back old washed up players and learn to move on.

Still, looking forward to the season. I hope the team and our "fans" make it about more than just a farewell tour for Wade. There are quality guys/players on this team that should be supported to have a good season individually and as a team.
