Can't be mad. These guys are fighting hard. Obviously we're just lacking offensive talent excluding a few players. Defense is really good.

This is obviously not a playoff roster, even in the East.

We have a great 2nd string, but the problem is that they're the starters (save Whiteside and possibly Dragic). Get a stud in FA or via trade, and draft an elite 19-year old, and things looks a ton better. I hope I'm wrong, but Winslow may end up being a 6th man, or "Glue guy" starter when we get better players in the future.

Losing by way of a close game rather than a blow out might suggest they do. They just need to get the little things done and avoid them from getting bigger so that they can win these close ones and not let others get away from them.

Yeah I totally agree about Winslow....BUT if he works on his jumpshot, he is without question a starter but until then he is better suited in a 6th man role

The Heat have been in contact with the league about the lack of calls they get as far as fouls -- rightly so. But, also, the Heat need to attack more if they want some calls.

Heat not playing well but not bad either but it looks again as though they are going to have some lapses here at the end of the second quarter that carry into the half where it then starts to get away from them
