Fins D holds Raiders to FG after giving them countless gifts that drive.

The Fins start the second half with possession - lots of time in first half still left but still interested to see if they will give the illusion of trying to work that clock this drive and get some momentum - or continue attempting to go tempo regardless of results its providing.

That was a very Dolphins-like drive to end the half - move the ball down field and then shoot yourself on the foot with some idiotic , undisciplined penalties that take you out of FG range. Now you give Carr and the Raiders more than enough time to move the ball down field with our giving defense to grow their lead even more before the half.

Thankfully the Raiders will take a couple of knees to end the half - deficit of only 3 at the half for Fins with the ball first to start the next half. But will the Fins actually be able to do something on offense in their first drive?

2nd offensive P.I. for the Fins

And, of course, an empty opening drive to the second half.

The Raiders look poised to do what they need to do the rest of the game with the lead - control the clock and call plays that will help them do that. The Fins need to take some notes - going for it all on one or two plays every drive is simply not going to work all the time.

And now a 10 point deficit for the Fins. Could be in some trouble if they don't finally find their pulse in this game.

Oh, and not buying into the idea broadcasters and beat writers and others are trying to sell about how this should be the time where the road team starts to wear down -- Thats no excuse. The idea of wearing down due to weather is simply not going to work this week. It may not be the exact same, but Oakland plays in very similar weather in California.

The only reason fatigue would kick in is due to the amount of time one teams unit has been out there over the others.

So, it doesn't surprise me that the Fins are and look like the more fatigued team.

The defense has been out there the most - and the offense has been ineffective doing a whole bunch of nothing.

Play gets called back -- but just as fast turns into a TD again - Fins down 10 and no pulse on either side of the ball.

Jakeem Grant with a 18-yard TD run on which will go down as a pass actually because it was more so a shovel pass?

Some life for the Fins now just down 3 with 55 seconds left in the third - the clock will now become an opponent of the Fins as well.

It would be nice if the defense finally showed up today and made a stop to help the offense keep momentum.

A much needed stop by the Fins D there to keep some momentum on their side. Now have to start the 4th quarter with a very long TD drive

Another weak run play call that goes nowhere -- delayed run that goes nowhere as expected.

Good to see them throw to Gesicki - still early in the season but they haven't gone to him or Smythe enough as they should - just neglecting the TEs again -- every year its the same thing.

Fins follow up the Gesicki catch by unnecessarily again trying to go down field deep that doesn't work - then go for another weak screen/bubble that goes nowhere

another attempt at a screen pass with expected negative results.

Adam Gase has forced the Fins offense to be an all or nothing offense -- they don't do anything as far as attacking the intermediate portion of the field.

Again, this shit isn't going to work in the long run.

3rd and 14 - the Raiders had the Dolphins right where they wanted them - easily convert.

Thankfully, the Fins get away with some contact on that 3rd down attempted pass to Cooper and the Fins get a stop - this is their chance to eat clock and get a TD or this one could be over on this drive.

Somehow, Adam Gase finds a trick play in his playbook and it leads to a reverse TD reception for Grant 52 yards - Tannehill to the RB, to Wilson to Grant
