Mental checklist??

Just saw the interview with Romo today. He says he needs to be sharper before the snap. He has to go through the mental checklist a little bit . Just a small tweak it sounds - no worries at all. It will be corrected moving forward. You guys know I love Romo- but how can he possibly go through a mental checklist more thoroughly - without getting a delay of game penalty. I seriously have no idea what he was talking about.
