Probably wanted to make double and triple sure that he failed after the Ryan Bruan fiasco (my guess anyway). The Giants beat writer (Andrew Baggarly) tweeted this a week or two ago. Regardless, it's bad, bad, bad news for the Giants playoff hopes.

How ironic that within a week Melky tests positive, Chipper has his own bobble head night and hits two HRs. Too bad it couldn't be against the Giants though; would've loved to see Chipper glare into their dugout after the second one
