I may be mistaken but I think I heard on one of the morning news shows (can't remember which) that he probably won't be punished any more. I think he did this during their original investigation and because of that I assume they did all the punishing they're going to do, unfortunately. Anyway, fuck Carebeara.

I imagine due to the CBA all they can do is give him the 50 games suspension. My hope is no team gives him another contract. I doubt that happens though. I don't blame Kirk Gibson & the D-Backs for being ticked off. Cabrera hit something like .460 against them this year.
