Yeah they were ahead of that particular curve and never made it here, though they were big in the UK. I think I still have the Slayed? album on vinyl, though I haven't listened to it in decades.

Great album. They were managed by Chas Chandler and a lot of their stuff was produced by him. (He was the original bass player of the Animals..and was also Jimi Hendrix's manager for a while)

Noddy Holder was one of the best and underrated front men of that time...but didn't get the due recognition because there were a lot of other great front men during that era.
