Game Thread: Maryland week/game thread

Penn State opens a 14 point favorite, guess Vegas wasn't as impressed as some by MD effort last week. I agree with Vegas, think it was them playing out their ass on senior day g a team that was looking ahead. I will not be able to watch this week, I will be in Punta Cana. Will watch in on DVR when I get back mid next week

Our offense the last several weeks hasn't given me reason to think we'll blow Maryland out, so 14 points is reasonable to me. I do think our defense will do well against a (hopefully) exhausted Maryland offense. I'll go PSU 31-17 though a much closer game will not shock me in the slightest given how we've been playing.

Have to defend the run against MD, they do not pass well at all. Hopefully the 50 points against OSU has the defenses attention.

Is McSorely okay? If he continues to play like last few weeks after his injury I can see a MD upset. Also we need better play calls for Tommy Stevens my God its getting ugly watching those 2 QB's out there together.

I don't think you'll see a 100% Trace until the Bowl, but I think he will come out and leave it all on the field on his senior day this week. Think he wills his way to a good game and win

At this point it is hard to not let this kid have his senior day. He has been playing. Penn State should beat MD even with an injured Trace. He has meant so much to the program it would be wrong to not let him have this day.

This weather has me thinking Maryland could win in an upset in a close game. They need this win to be guaranteed a bowl, we will have to be one dimensional in running due to the weather and ongoing struggles.
