2014 Colorado defense was 112th before he got there and finished 24th in his last season there. only a 2 year difference.
in 2016 Oregon defense was 126th and with bowls left to go Oregon is currently 42nd.

And? I get that, Colorado's young guys grew up and same with Oregon, weren't scrawny little freshmen and sophomores. I'm just not understand how both programs are acting as though he is a savior or destructor of programs.
