while i have been going on and on about this draft...it is as big for the mariners...as the 2 0r 3 before it...
while there focus..seems to be collage bats..they will take pitchers as well....just starting..at modesto's starting rotation projection..we can see

my projection...not there's..but an example...

....................scrach means they need...an ace type to start with right here
adam macko...L/L
sam carlson..RHP
jorge benitez...L/L
connor phillips..RHP
josias de los santos

we can see they need a top pitcher...right there..carlson..is more of a 2nd guy
and my pick would be williams...as a leader..of the group..and a better pitcher..than ..mlb..gives him credit for...i think..his celing is a bit higher than..they do.....

but ok..he is not the only guy who will work...and they could take a guy later..who would ..but it is a need...i think anyway
more needs at modesto
mariners figure to move move marte..SS(modesto) up..and frick..SS.(aqua sox).after the draft or next spring..marlowe..LF/RF has moved up already
so they could use
a
OF..at modesto
the mariners could really use not one SS..but 2..so
SS==2
a catcher..would be good but not an absolute..must have

mariners could use 1 or 2
CF/LF
is what i like to call them..but it is a kelinic type..guy ..labrada fits that..at modesto..the only question is..will they move him up..well i dont think..it really matters..they need one more
that..will be at aqua sox..or modesto if labrada moves up..and there are a lot of guys in this draft that would fit that...1 guy is..
which will be a hotter commodity..than ..than mlb gives him credit for...but he fits that type
a RF/!B
could be used there as well..i will go though..some other needs at aqua..a bit faster
RF
1B maybe 2
2b===maybe 2..a higher..and lower selection..would stock the farm..for sure

because..mlb takes guys..with a lot of upside...to start the draft....it will make..the 5th to 10th rounds interesting..with more high profile..collage players..

that..in my opinion...will help..the mariners

mlb....... mayo...mock...Mock Draft: Who will be selected tonight?
the last one

go ahead and post..cuz..i will be off crying when..they dont pick ..the guys i scouted.....lololol

some possible 1strounder ..that have been mentioned..in some mocks..

Colton Cowser
Matt McLain
Harry Ford

Andrew Painter..my early pick..and amazingly..his numbers are close to my real pick
is
Gavin Williams...yeah i think he is under rated...and better than cusick.....who is ranked 26..williams is ranked at..31...but cuz they need that top guy at
modesto..in my opinion...is why my pick is williams...
post your own
1st rounder while there...is still time..

The 2021 MLB Draft will take place during All-Star Week in Denver with three days of coverage. The draft will start on Sunday, July 11th at 7 p.m. ET with the first round and comp A picks while there are two more days of draft picks to get through 20 rounds. Some of the top baseball prospects will find out where they’ll be headed or opt to return to college and seek a better draft slot

July 11th at 7 p.m. Et........4..Pm...pdt

and if i compare..to
Michael
McGreevy
RHP, UC Santa Barbara
painter is still better..in 2 years

i have to change back...my bad..his control..makes him better

Video scouting report »
If you’re a big high school left-hander who has an unusual delivery, chances are you’re going to draw some Madison Bumgarner or MacKenzie Gore comps. Solometo, the New Jersey prepster who threw well over the summer at events like the Area Code Games, has gotten both. And that’s a big reason why he was being carefully watched as the Draft approached, with solid performances in New Jersey raising his stock.
The combination of a 6-foot-3 frame and left-handedness have many scouts feeling very bullish about Solometo’s chances at the next level. With a Gore-like high kick and a Bumgarner-esque three-quarter delivery, the North Carolina recruit throws his fastball in the 90-94 mph range with good power and life. He has outstanding command of the pitch, already showing the ability to challenge right-handed hitters inside with it. His breaking ball is at its best when it’s more of a true slider, and though it can get a little too big at times and become slurvy, it still plays well off of his arm slot. He has an average changeup now, but he has the chance to have three above-average pitches in the future.
The funk in Solometo’s delivery adds a ton of deception, making his already good stuff play up even more. He repeats it well and has a good idea of how to use his stuff. After a firm jump on the map over the summer, the southpaw has really moved up boards this spring, with a chance to land in the first round.

well they need a hs catcher...and the best ones..are usually..in the 1st..round..so prob..its a good pick
the thing about cobb..is he is so athletic...that he is not

limited...to catcher..

other positions..are just waiting for him....at..AZL
hope he is biligual...but if not..he can always take classes..at a com col..close to peoria

the slot value..will help with that...
