Seems the M's have some pretty fragile players these days. Put someone on the DL so you can tweak the roster a bit? :L

It’s almost like this wasn’t a hard thing to predict and could have have maybe been addressed earlier.

This is the most innings he's pitched in a season... Tired arm...

Which anyone with any knowledge of baseball knew would happen in his first full season back. So his replacement was...

She's a bone specialist.
I think she must be a "bone" head specialist. My understanding is Jerry supposedly hired her to help condition players to avoid injury problems- if that is true, I wonder how many injuries we might have had without her? Seems to me like we've had plenty of injuries with her. (sore muscles, twisted ankles, strained back muscles....etc. Another Mariner gem decision/idea I would imagine :L

One thing is apparently very clear. These guys are not in it for the long haul over the course of a season. It's a freaking marathon and they sprinted out of the gate, then tiring themselves halfway through the season. The writing should've been on the wall this whole time.

She has a pretty, marketable face. If the Mariners had hired someone who looks like Bob Odenkirk, it wouldn't have been publicized. It's all marketing.

We wouldn't have known about this if it was some random doctor who worked at Johns Hopkins. She's just another hire. Only reason we know about her is because she's very attractive.
