He had almost no arm strength. That was the 2nd worst game I've ever seen him play; not only because of poor throws but because of terrible decisions.

He did repeatedly over-throw Sanders tonight with the long ball - so his arm strength can't be all that bad. I think it was just a case that he was off.

With no zip on the ball. I can only recall one pass where he was able to put a little oomph into it.

He was throwing floaters with no accuracy even when his receivers beat Indy's DBs, he was tossing into double coverage with no hope of a catch, and honestly he just looked tired even after a week of rest.

Peyton is one of the all time greats and I've always been fan but you described him perfectly. He just looked tired. No one can beat father time. For some it comes sooner than others and 38 is pretty darned good age to make it to in the NFL regardless of what position you play. My guess is that he's done.

No way his ego lets the Colts of all teams be the team that retires him.

If Peyton continues to play it'll just be to pad his stats.

I don't think I've ever seen a QB refuse to take a sure 1st down the way Manning did on that 3rd and 5 on the first possession of the 2nd half. There wasn't a defender within a MILE. He didn't even have to run, he could've WALKED to that 1st down. He played like a WOMEN there. Even QBs that never run take the 1st down in a spot like that. It was pathetic and showed no heart at all. Today's game is a prime example of why Manning has such a poor playoff record in his career. The greatest regular season QB ever, but a playoff CHOKE ARTIST.

Manning should have come to AZ to get that second superbowl.

It's just another example of his poor decision making when the spotlight it on.

He's looked done since the St Louis game. I guess all greats eventually start showing their age.
