Next week is already season finale because this series only got a short 16-ep season order.

I’m curious if this gets wrapped up or not.

well, there is too much to wrap up for them not to have a season 2 in mind... So, either way they need a cliff hanger of some sorts...

shows like this need self awareness that they might not get a season 2, and give a finale good enough and not rushed that would hold us over in case it doesn't... but leave them open enough in case they do...

Nothing worse than watching a show that ends without answering ANYTHING and doesn't come back...

I understand the point about increasing the anti-828 traffic, but no way would Ben be arrested. That scene could have been written a thousand better ways. I hate lazy writing.

So did Michaela and the new guy get transferred back in time?

I forgot about this. Did they address that weird warping in the cave, or just ignore it?

But what do they care if they get cancelled? They are all-in on the 2nd season pickup. If the cliff hanger is good enough, maybe there will be enough fan “outrage” that they AT LEAST get an additional movie to close out (like Timeless).

how so?? I don't think they have inferred that someone cant die BEFORE the time limit... But chances are they both survive... kind of a damper to every story line if either die...

Oh I assumed they lived just as long as they were away which for Michaela is June 2, 2024. Zeke, unless he is lying , has a year. Remember Cal drew the headstones with that date. That leaves the cop.

yes, but there have been many who died already from the plane... so clearly 2024 is their deadline, but not necessarily their dates of death... Which says zeke CAN die before his year is up...

But again, the storyline will be hurt if either of them get that bullet... which just makes me even hate the cliffhanger more... because you cant kill either off, and this is the second time they had such a cliffhanger(mid season finale too)…
