I'm not a scout but he makes the right read and delivers the ball accurately on every play.

A little off topic here, but I think Chase Young's lackluster performance the last few games makes this pick even easier. I realize teams started gameplanning against him and that basically freed up the rest of the team, but he needed to make a play or two and couldn't do it.

As much as I love Young, I can't disagree with this. I have resigned myself to Burrow. Just hope he is the next Peyton Manning, and not the next Ryan Leaf.

I think he's more Rivers than Carson.

If I can recall correctly, Rivers in college had a good arm, but not like Palmer. However, he was crazy accurate. Seems to be like Burrow - Good, not great, arm - but seems to have a knack for getting the ball where it needs to be.
