Honestly, we can drop two outta three for all I care, but I'd love to see Kershaw be Kershaw and beat Bumgarner.
Dodgers #3 in ESPN's Power Rankings.
"The Dodgers have won seven in a row and one key has been rookie Joc Pederson. Minus the fanfare Kris Bryant has received, Pederson is hitting .289/.438/.553. He's striking out a lot (17), but also has 10 walks in 12 games. -- Diane Firstman (@dianagram), Value Over Replacement Grit"
This is exactly what we would hoped (and then some) for from young Joc - with awesome power comes strikeouts - that's just baseball. Furthermore, Kemp was a strikeout machine so it's not like we are regressing.
