Worst start since 1994. I say Scioscia is on thin ice if he doesn't fire the hitting coach soon. These guys are built to score runs and slug and they're just not doing it.

Worse start than last season as well. I don't know why Scioscia can't get these guys going from the jump. Pitching is a bigger problem than hitting though. The Angels are 28th in team ERA and 12th in team batting average. Their offense should be doing better though. I gotta think Hamilton will eventually get it going.

I am not sure if this team ever gets it going. I have seen better defense at my grandsons Shetland games and they get homeruns if they hit it to the pitchers circle.

That was well over 410. The bats seem to be coming alive. Trout is now hitting above .300. The starting pitcher is improving. Weaver should be back next week. The Angels are starting to turn into the team we were expecting from the jump.
