Looking for cell phone/Android experts

I picked up a business phone from Mint Mobile, a Galaxy A12 and I can't get it to send images. Texts and calls work fine, but images just give me the spinning loading circle then eventually fail and give me a network error.


I followed this guide: Android | Mint Mobile
Still getting the same results.


I'm not tech savvy when it comes to that background code setup stuff, so I have no idea where to go from there.

Sounds like a bad SIM card. Shouldn't be a problem with a new phone.

Try 2 things.

Pull the SIM card and wipe it with a dry 100% cotton or 100% microfibre cloth.
Send yourself a selfie.

If that doesn't doesn't work, don't screw with it, take to the Mint Mobile store and let them screw with it or replace it.
