Over the prior 4 years O ranked 13th in the nation in recruiting, FSU ranked 15th. Now I would say O has clearly had better development of their talent.

Glad you admit that Oregon had better talent...fwiw, Taggart also had better assistant coaches at Oregon.

I think that's a critical part too. Oregon had a ready made system in place, whereas FSU was in shambles after the Jimbo departure. Now the irony is it appears both Jimbo and FSU were better off together.
