Looks like the PAC might have to boot the Cal-4 schools from the conference.

Or it’s going to force the NCAA to allow players to take money from bag men and further expand the gap between the top tier teams and everyone else.

if anybody ever wanted to find a way to really fuck something up in any endeavour, they just need to find a California politician. They are experts in that field

Let's hear what Nick Saban's take is on this.

Don't think this will happen at all. As soon as the Big 4 in California start allowing their student athletes to take money and they're banned from PAC football, those schools have zero appeal to both athletes and television. They'll be barred from NCAA competition thus no athlete wanting to participate. Their sports programs would all implode.

Could pick up... Boise St, Utah St, BYU, annnnnnd Colorado St.

@AlaskaGuy

I actually like that idea. If we are strictly talking about football only.

USC, UCLA, Cal, Stanford... at the moment, picking up Boise St would be like replacing Stanford lol.

BYU = USC
Utah St = UCLA
Colorado St = Cal

Stanford is the only one that would really hurt the conference at the moment.

it. just. makes. sense.

Yep. No way the schools will allow that to happen.
