I dont think they deserved them after ONE complete game. If they do this for multiple games yes thats fine. What if they go back to being crap next week? Are they going to take them away?

hells yes, you can take them away, if fisher comes out next week and looks like ass, and then does it again the next weeek, take it away! these guys gotta remember it is an honor to get to where the blackshirt! and they need to be aware that if they dont put full effort out every play they can have it taken away!

Fan said it exactly, if they go back to their previous way of play take them away. Each player has to earn them every week.

But the idea behind them is there is a certain level of play that must be attained to earn the shirt. They did that Saturday and deserve them. To not give them after a game like that would only make it seem as an unattainable goal and break morale.
