The Packers made the right decision to let him walk when they did. Good player and a good guy. Tough business the NFL is.



The Detroit Lions released veteran guard T.J. Lang on Friday with one year left on his contract -- ending a question that had lingered throughout the offseason.

I could see him as a patch for a position of need this season, but I think he and the Packers have both moved on. Gute will take a look I'm sure, if Lang shows interest at the right price.
