Yes I love this one. We definitely needed another big body to stuff the run. It also means more 3-4 looks as he is more of a NT.

What everyone will overlook too is that on short yardage and goal line we can put Sly and A'shawn on both sides of him which is pretty formidable now.

Snacks has played with some pretty good corners. Revis, Janoris Jenkins...now Slay. He should be able to produce big time with our already very good secondary behind him.

I feel like they did this because I was finally going to get some value out of Penny in fantasy football.

I have zero complaints about this trade. It is a low value pick, and the most critical need we have. And he is locked in for 3 years.

7 million next year 9 the following. However all of the guaranteed money stayed with the Giants, so if he fails to perform is costs nothing to cut him.
