Saw this on another board made me think of this post

Possible Miami Dolphins cap moves

Quinton Coples 7.751M Cut Savings 7.751M
Greg Jennings 5.5M Cut Savings 4M
Earl Mitchell 3.5M Cut Savings 2.5M
Jordan Cameron 9.5M Cut Savings 7.5M
Ndamukong Suh 28.6M Restructure Savings ~18M
Cameron Wake 9.8M Restructure Savings 4-4.5M
Brent Grimes 9.5M Restructure Savings 4-4.5M
Total Savings: ~46Mish plus another 6.2M in possible rollover from the Dion Jordan suspension possible cap space 47-54M at a 150M salary cap

Mitchell is solid so I doubt that happens. Not sure they are ready to give up on Coples and Cameron yet. The rest I could see happening. The one thing this does not take into account is how much the replacements will cost Subtract that amount and you are back to 30 mil.

Does this figure include Tanny's new deal? He will still suck so they could add OBJ and Gronk to this offense and they still wont score with him.

One thing that I will say is that it is becoming much easier to navigate the cap due to the rookie cap. Teams can rebuild without risking breaking the bank on unproven players.

They are also trying to sign their own FAs:
Vernon will cost close to 10 mil and Miller another 5. Not sure who else. There really is not that much free money without restructuring Suh even after making cuts. I am sure they would like to sign their draft picks as well.

I do, but it will take some time. The guy can only do so much if the front office does not unravel the mess they created. I think in 3 years they will be OK. Not enough talent on that team yet.

I haven't read the word "trill" since concert band.

Guessing it doesn't mean the same thing.

Unless the Dolphins DLine is gonna go back and forth between notes really, really fast.
