While free agency inspires hopes of improving a roster, the Lions have worsened since March 16.

Since March 16th 2016 or only the current year ?

I don't see Allison playing in the slot. He is 6'3". My guess is he is nothing more than depth at the position.

Allison's height has absolutely nothing to do with whether or Not he plays in the slot. There are many 6'2+ WR that play in the slot in this league.

Dallas probably beats us to Ruiz.

Travis Fredrick retired.

It's a Jerruh Jones move in the waiting whether he moves down in the 1st round or up in the 2nd round.

We may go WR in round 2 anyway.

I'm hope not in the 2nd round.

I'd rather see BQ grow a set of balls and move down from our #35 outside of Epenesa sliding into the 2nd round.

If they get a 2nd round from a trade down (Miami or LAC) I damn for sure want to see them move down several times and garner a few/couple of 4th round picks. There's plenty of talent that could or should still be available early on in the 4th round that can provide rotational or depth value.

Mostly because I was hoping it was not true.

not a bad gig being able to pull in 750k.

Both are quality ST players and Ford can at least provide some emergency play at CB (actually both can but neither is good at it)

Former Patriot Mohamed Sanu was brought in for a tryout

Getting the feeling we will trade a WR. That would mean they are packing it up already this season.

Would like to see us claim him could be a good slot guy slow but he runs solid routes and has decent hands
