Queen as a band, yes have to give them props. They did some groundbreaking things in the studio so they should get credit for being an innovative band. They were also pretty impressive live. Surprisingly, I am not a fan

I don’t know why Paul McCartney collaborating with one of the most popular musicians of our time is a stupid thing. In fact, I wish more musicians would step over genre lines to make music with other musicians they normally wouldn’t. Sure it was probably for another pay day, but that’s all pop music is for these days. Having said that, I would take Plants opinion over yours on anything music related even though music is so subjective. I hope you understand that and don’t get bent out of shape over it.

I'll take the minority route in here but I love tribute bands.

Music peaked in the 70s. There is some great stuff in the 80s and 90s, too. Most of those bands have stopped playing or half of their band members have left or died so if you see them in concert then you're basically seeing a cover band.

Tribute bands give you 70-110% of the talent at a fraction of the cost.
