It’s perfectly within character that VT begins the season ranked as a top contender only to disappoint as the season goes on. They also have a tough conference game this weekend against Duke followed by Notre Dame a week later and so I wouldn’t be surprised if they have a three game losing steak before playing UNC.

Hurricane game revenge for them cancelling the game without VT's blessing.


They were probably hoping to get out of it anyways though as the fanbase has been growing irritable over playing that game every fucking year for a fucking decade.
