I was wondering if anyone had seen the new documentary that recently came out in IMAX about 2-3 weeks ago? I've been really getting into their music the past couple of years and interested in seeing more about them and wondering if this was good.

Not yet… but as soon as it’s available via a streaming platform it will be on my “must watch” list. The fact that Page, Plant & Jones all supported it is enough for me to buy into it.

I haven't seen it. I have read it only follows the band up to the 2nd album and no plans for a sequel. Reviews are both good and bad. Zeppelin was as much of my growing up as my family (more, I loved LZ and hated my sister), so I'm not sure how much will be new to me. hoping for a lot of stuff about the end of The Yardbirds (Page) and Band of Joy (Plant and Bonham's band).

Greatest disappointment of teen years. Having tickets to see Zep in 1980. And the band breaking up. Felt like Charlie Brown who would scream "AAAAAAAAAAAUGH" through all four panels

Sucks that it's going to a certain point where it could delve more into them if they did a follow up.

I felt that way about Aerosmith this past year. While I am not their biggest fan, I do enjoy quite a bit of their songs. My girlfriend and I were going to see them on their final tour last October and then found out that they were cancelling the whole thing. I understood why but would've loved to have seen them perform Dream On live at least once.

American Epic is great… and I can see why the Zep lads felt good about letting the guys who did it tell their story.
