LeBron is a terrible flopper.

But anyone who thinks he is soft is a dumbass.

The Lakers need to bring Derek Fisher in to teach Lebron proper flopping technique. Kuzma too, for that matter. His flops are almost as bad as Lebron's.

Should go way back to Vlade Divac

And Vlade too. Makes sense the Lakers would be flopping experts being so close to Hollywood and all. Probably get acting pointers from Jack.

Vlade was the OG flopper. But D-Fish perfected it and is imo, the GOAT flopper. He took charges just often enough (especially early in his career) that he always got the benefit of the doubt.

Haha.

When he used to shoot that fade away jumper and got contact, he often ended up landing on his butt and making himself slide across the floor.

Guess what that is called friends?

A flop.
How did he propel himself along the floor?

He landed on his butt and pushed off with his hands to make himself slide.

You know, embellishing the contact to make it look like he was hit harder than he was.

Most great scorers know how to accentuate contact to get to the free throw line. That is flopping.

Well make no mistake about it, if he did it then it was not a pathetic effort :)

Sure.

LeBron is horrible flopper and MJ was a pretty good actor.

But the narrative that greats from previous eras didn’t flop is just flat out wrong. It is also usually invented to incorrectly diminish stars from the modern era.

Just different eras, back then if you were a constant flopper I’m confident every team had someone that would make sure you really got fouled and remembered it.

For flopping?

I doubt it.

For being a good player?

Yes. That happened all the time. No easy buckets.
