great read and so true. lots of people always expect the captain to be the guy yelling at everyone when they need to get their asses in line. not always the case. thats WHY we have a guy like chris pronger. hes the veteran with the experience and reputation to warrant yelling at younger guys. richards is the emotional leader who leads by EXAMPLE. i was the captain of my hockey team when i was 15, and i was not a loud or vocal leader, i lead by example and through my hard play and hard work

I love richards...and im sure he may be hurt...the second half of this season...i haven't like his game...at times not there at all...but money time im sure he will turn it up during our playoff run...he is money when it counts...GO FLYERS111
