Any short trackers on here ? anybody else love racing grassroots style ? Dirt or asphalt i have raced on both .

nothing beats it IMHO !

I am helping a buddy of mine out with his UMP Dirt Modified . we both started racing asphalt . took a break from it & decided to go at it again but this time on dirt .

we race on Saturday nights as we dont have time to race on Fri after everybody gets off work . i go up to Limaland motorsports park on Fri nights to watch the 360 Winged sprints ..they are bad ass!! not as bad ass as a 410 winged but still 750 HP on a 1175 LBS Chassis means you are up to your ass in HP! ..Pulling the wheels pulling slided jobs never a dull moment .

i have nothing against street stocks as its where i cut my teeth in racing . they put on a good show as well .

I used to go to KC Raceway in Chillicothe but they shut it down.
I saw Tony Stewart race there once and Ken Schrader and Kenny Wallace was there at the same time.
That was the 1st sprint race Kenny won. He was excited as if he won a Nascar race.

Limalandmotorsportspark.com is owned & operated by UNOH .. anybody in racing as seen the UNOF logo i am sure ..its agreat college / tech school with a high placement rate in motorsports and other fields ..the track is first class for both fans & drivers .

if any of your kids or yourself is looking for a first class school check out the University of North Western Ohio ..UNOH as it is called .

you can catch me on either turn 1 or turn two in my Cleveland Browns chair watching the action ..i usualy have a ice cold adult beverage with me so stop by and say hi . i may a extra one for ya .

we get Wallace & Schrader every year at Limaland ..Smoke runs with the Outlaws during the Brad Doty classic which Limaland runs every yerar right before the Kings Royal .

i have tons of respect for Brad Doty ..what a true inspiration he is to overcome his injuries . he still helps out with the broadcast of the Outlaws .

i was at Eldora the night he wrecked putting him in the wheelchair for life ..a silent hush fell over the place ..25 thousand peopele there and you could hear a pin drop .

I love SMOKE and all he does for short track racing .

i really dont pay much attention to NASCAR anymore ..if its on i will catch some of it .

Kasey Khane also has numerous 410 winged sprints
