He may want to check his college pass percentage too because it was also less than 60%....
I would be surprised if the Ravens win more than 6 games in 2019 with Otay under center and RG3 and out backing him up...

When we got Elvis Grbac from KC, he had thrown for over 4000 yards that season and looked to be a good signing....But they forgot to tell that he had no run game and had a losing season...
