A friend of mine has a daughter that played girls high school basketball.

He took her to a WNBA game and their seats were about half way up. He said the place was empty outside of about the first 15 rows up. After a while some of the event staff came up to them and offered them free popcorn, hotdogs, and pop if they'd move down lower where they'd be in camera range cause it was a tv game and they wanted to give the impression their was more interest.

He said his daughter didn't want to move down because in the lower seats there were a bunch of butch lesbians making out with each other.
