I haven't seen anything on the net regarding follow up, is the league looking into the 4 mooks who blew the call? They should be held accountable for that nonsense.

Per the NHL the call stands. Everybody did what they were suppose to do. It was the same as a missed offsides. No harm to the Pens, Leafs or Wings so no problem
