Good cover LB and a vet.

Coming off an achilles' injury but will start on the PS and go from there. Cody Barton has been bad. I like this signing. We need a cover LB. Has mostly played OLB as a cover guy (not a pass rusher) if things go well we can bring him in on 3rd down. Another former Saint too.

We had open PS spot from last weeks

Tillman and Humphrey were promoted before the game last week to the 53 and Andrew Farmer was signed. Alexander completes the PS.

I'm guessing Tillman won't be risked by moving him back to the ps after his game.

Along with Tillman - Jordan Jackson - has been a real find. Both Tillman and Jackson push the LOS backward - great to see a Bronco team that has guys like that.

Broncos signed Badie to the 53 and also signing former Vanderbilt LB, Zach Cunningham. Good college player, been decent in the NFL with the Texans, Titans and Eagles. A Payton type of player, IMO.

Glad we got Badie on the 53. Mingo will remember when we first plucked him off the Ravens PS I was fairly high on that move. Starting to get his opportunity now.

After last few years who would have thought losing Singleton would have been a big deal for the Defense this year.

I mean he was our leading tackler the last 3 years so I would hope people might see it as a big deal. :)

Singleton has been a tackle machine.
The knock on him was always his tackles came 7-8 yards down field so he was the best we had but that’s not a great thing.

He sucked at the beginning of last year. He was terrible. However, around week 5 he really turned it around and was solid

Yes!! The D turned around when Singleton turned around and he was especially good the year before too.

He is a big loss especially given ILB behind him was weak. I am confident Payton can find a stop gap helper at least. Barton has been non existent. Welch and Cunningham hopefully step up. Alexander will help in coverage when needed.

That's the thing about Singleton - he is not a difference maker or a ballhawk - he doesn't bend ball carriers back - rather they fall forward when he tackles them, but dynamic plays don't go through him - so there is value in that. The Broncos can do better Kwon Alexander may be better.

Alexander is your cover LB
Cunningham is your tackling LB

Cunningham came out as a tackle machine. He is still a good tackler the reason why he bounces around is because he isn't an explosive tackler but rather dependable.

I loved the Hideaway in Memphis, but I've heard there's better BBQ in Memphis.
