DETROIT -- Anaheim Ducks forward Teemu Selanne had some choice words for Niklas Kronwall, feeling the Red Wings defenseman elbowed him in the face during the first period of Detroit's 5-4 win Saturday night at Joe Louis Arena.
"That guy is dangerous out there. One of these days somebody's going to get him, for sure,'' Selanne said. "I know that. It's just a matter of time when. For sure his elbow hit in my face. I didn't see the replay, but I know how it felt."
"Like 50-50 calls are going to go in their favor,'' Selanne said. "It's not a secret for anybody. Plus there's a young referee (Frederick L'Ecuyer) who's pumped to do the games here. The calls are going to go in their favor.
"That's not the reason why we lost but still, if you get one power play and they get five (they got three), it's a big difference."
Love Selanne sayng "for sure his elbow hit my face", but video clearly shows a shoulder.

That guy was sick for that entire game. I can't believe the shit he pulls, and I've been watching him his entire career. Damn. Remember when he stopped on a dime and three players continued sliding by? LMAO! Their goaltender played a helluva game.
I think Kronwall will be fined $2500 for a hit to the head, but no suspension. I also think Selanne and coach Randy Carlyle will be lighter in the wallet for their post game comments regarding the officials.
Maybe Salami's fuckface teammates should go after Kronwall then, instead of trying to pick on a first line center.....Oh wait...that first line center WHOOPED YO' ASSSSSSS!

Save the insulting player nicknames for the swamp, Automattic.
I have a hate Teemu, but that hate comes out of respect for all he has done to the Wings over the years. Yesterday however, he and his coach were being whiny bitches. I wanted to just say "quit being a whiny bitch", but opted for Salami.
I will be in line to give him props the next time he does something deserving so. But don't call out a certain player while your teammates are running others. Tell them to do something about him instead.
I hate to be a moody bastard, but I am sometimes. Sorry if I offended. All in all, I will admit that you're right and try not to be such a dick. I will stay Auto though.
