He looked pretty good so far in the regular season, I think he can still be in the top 20 if he learns to play smarter. Some of the things he needs to work on to achieve that would be

Learn to shoot less and pass more

Learn to pass better, and quit trying to dribble through three players at a time

Work on his outside shot more so he can get back on the defensive side.

As I said - ESPN employees are stupid.

It's possible for Kobe to be a top 10 player, but highly unlikely - He would have to turn the clock back on his body by at least five years. Right now the top ten for me would be

Blake Griffin
Chris Paul


I'd have to think about the rest, but everything will depend on Kobe's ability to remain healthy and learning to play smarter instead of more athletic.
