Tyrannosaurus Dex needs to play NT in a 3-4 IMO. However, he might slip because of the off-field stuff to which you alluded; might be worth a gamble if he falls far enough.

I think Jeffery Simmons slipped a bit for being a problem child as well. Dude has just as much talent as any of the other DTs in the draft (which is saying a lot because this DT draft is insane), but the only question will be his priorities & character.

This is so BB like. BB always looking into the future. Both Danny Shelton and Malcom Brown are both FA this off season. Though I wouldn't mind seeing Shelton return he's likely going to need and take less than maybe he was thinking to stay in NE. With this draft class BB won't overpay any of his linemen.

I do hope he holds onto Trey Flowers. IMO he and Gostowski are the two I'd like to see resigned. Paying quality kickers isn't sexy until they miss an important kick that costs your team the game. We saw plenty of that this season and Ski is still one of the best.

Carson Wentz this past year threw for 3074 yards in 11 games. That’s an average of 279.45 yards per game. If we “extrapolate” that out to 16 games that comes out to a total of a little over 4471 yards for the season NOT 4800 as he claims.

Wentz threw 21 TDs in 11 games. That’s about 1.9 TDs per game. If we extrapolate that out over 16 games that 30.5 TDs per season NOT 32 as he claims.

Btw... these prorated “made up” stats don’t even place him in the top 5 of ACTUAL stats for starting QBs this year. You would think that if you were gonna “make up” stats that they would at least rank amongst the best player ACTUAL stats.

NE would have to trade up pretty far to get Simmons, even with his supposed character issues (or so I've heard). Dex might be more realistic IMO.
