All 8 coaches left are offensive guys except Belichick.
So they made a mistake taking Rosen so they double down on making moronic moves?
College coaches never understand about the importance of the Oline at this level.
Rosen and this dude are not gonna get along.
Seems like the biggest issue to me.
I hope so. I don't want him as the OC at USC. Could be dangerous there
A recent defense practice at TTU:
Who's running the Cardinals, anyway?
I couldn’t agree more. Certainly a risk, but high reward if it is successful. This is the best thing for Rosen. He needs an offense of guru to help take some of the pressure off. Get a quality DC and I could see it really working out.
This guy fits the mold of today’s NFL.
Is that what your crystal ball tells you?
And best of all he is friends of McVay, I wonder what NFL job McVay's neighbor can get.
What the fuck?
Man, we live in a crazy world.
8 degrees of separation with Sean McVay.
Wow that's an abomination signing. I'd be mortified as a Cards fan.
Well, I agree it is outside the box thinking
Not good enough for a mediocre College Team, but he's good enough to turn around an NFL Team? I guess you could make a case Tech was actually better than the Cards this past season so maybe that's what they are thinking...
It takes a lot of imagination, but it's not inconceivable given the inequities of coaching at Tech versus Alabama.
Bottom line- he's gonna be in the NFL because Mahomes, Webb, and Mayfield were all under his watch. For a team that is in a lot of flux in AZ, that's the kind of swing they may have to take if a more eminently qualified candidate won't take the job.
